Legal Advocacy

Legal action may be required to establish safety. The legal advocate will assist you in filing a restraining order to help establish safety, provide you with referrals to attorneys for questions about divorce, child custody, and immigration issues. The legal advocate will also accompany you to court proceedings. (The legal advocate is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice.)
