Eviction and Disconnection Assistance

Solutions Center provides some financial relief for families who have received eviction or disconnection notices.

For eviction or disconnection assistance, please call to set up an appointment with our Eviction Prevention Advocate. Appointments are made weekly on Tuesday afternoons.

To help you with this process, please have the following information available:

• The full amount needed to stop the eviction or disconnection
• The amount the family or individual currently has to spend towards the eviction or disconnection
• Your landlord or service providers information

Unfortunately, we are only able to help a family once every 12 months. The residence of the eviction or disconnection must be in Fond du Lac County.
